  We had a great Christmas! Ashton has to be the only child in the world who isn't interested in opening presents though. Christmas morning we were going to get up, open presents, and go to Grandma and Pa's house for breakfast. Well it took almost an hour for Ashton to open all of his presents (and no, he didn't even have that many) because he just wanted to play with the cat! Ashton got a lot of Fisher Price Little People stuff, a remote control car we have to return because it quit working already, some books, a little workbench, some clothes, a neat little robot guy, and a Harley Davidson trike from Uncle Keith that he loves! He also got a leather jacket from Brenda to wear when he rides his bike.
  
  I think his favorite part of Christmas was getting to play with all of the kids. He had such a good time Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and wore himself out, he slept until 9 am the day after Christmas!

  Tomorrow is Christmas Eve!! We're going to Grandma Marge's house tomorrow and then again on Christmas Day. I'll be sure to take lots and lots of pictures! Hopefully I'll have the computer at home fixed soon so I can post the pictures.

  It's finally Christmas week! Danny and I have been so excited this year because Ashton will be old enough to open his presents and play more than he did last year. Ashton has really enjoyed looking at all of the decorations at home and at Grandma's. He's been busy learning how to turn on all of the fun toys Grandma has sitting around her house.
  
  Ashton is such a smart boy. Besides being able to count to 2 he can now point to his hair, nose, eyes, ears, teeth, tummy and toes when we ask him to. He's also become a big football fan. He loves to watch football and will even imitate the players! He has several footballs he loves to throw around too.
  
  We went to see Santa last Wednesday. I thought since Ashton loves to look at Santa pictures so much he'd love to see Santa. I was wrong. He wouldn't walk up to Santa and when I sat him on Santa's lap he fought to get down and started crying. I ended up having to be in the picture with him. Our home computer and scanner aren't working right now so I'll have to get over to Grandma's sometime and get the picture uploaded here.
  
  We're looking forward to seeing everyone Christmas Eve and will be thinking about all of our friends and family that we won't see over Christmas!

  Mom was wrong! I still only have 2 molars, the other 2 are ready to come in any day now though! I guess if I would sit still a little longer Mom might be able to tell if any new teeth have come in but that would be too fun!

  I can count! When Mom or Grandma puts my shoes on me they say "One" when they put the first one on and then "two" when they put the second one on. Now whenever they say "one" I say "two". I'm so smart!

  I have chewing teeth! Over the weekend my two top molars finally broke through. Now if only the bottom two would come in I would be a much happier baby (and I'm sure Mom and Dad would be happier too).
