  Ashton has gotten really good at pulling up and standing. He's also crawling so fast that he can run away from us. Our days are spent telling him "no" and chasing after him. He's also been working on his vocabulary which consists mostly of "dada" (maybe he's saying Dada?, "baba" (we don't think this means bottle because he says it all the time, "bubu" (not sure about this one either but we do call him Bubbers sometimes, "ikty" (this could be Kitty since he is usally chasing the cat when he says it), and "mummum" (could be mom but he usually only says it when he's crying so it's hard to tell).

  We celebrated Ashton's first Easter today. First we went to Grandma's house and ate lunch, then we went to Aunt Robin's house. Ashton loved getting to see his family. He also loved getting an Easter basket from the Easter Bunny. We didn't take a lot of pictures but the ones we did take are in the Easter 2004 folder.

  Today Ashton got his first haircut. He did a good job of sitting still and even got to take home his comb! Go to the April picture folder to see before and after pictures!

  Last night Ashton took a bath in the kitchen sink. When it was almost time to get out he grabbed the faucet and pulled himself up on his knees. I put my hand on his arm to make sure he didn't fall and called for Danny to come see Ashton. As soon as Danny got to the kitchen Ashton pulled himself up to standing! All day today he's been trying to pull himself up but so far he hasn't done it again.
